A TYPICAL MEAL AT MY HOME BY YU-SHENG CHIH (OCT. 7, 2007)

My wife is a devoted vegetarian. She does not eat meat, chicken, and seafood for many years. I am not picky for food, I eat anything if it is healthy, nutrient, and balance. Since I read the book ' Without toxin, you would be light' few years ago, I have acknowledged that vegetarian food is actually healthy (if you are a vegetarian, please continue to be vegetarian.). Some toxin in our body comes from food. Meat and dairy contains lot of saturated fat, if we eat them too much, our hearts and arteries might be damaged by the high LDL cholesterol, and increasing the body's acidity, decreasing the function of immune system.
